-Meetings are informal drop ins and occur between 12 noon and around 3pm on the first Saturday of each month. The venue is in the Discovery Museum on Blandford Street, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 4JA. We are usually in either the Mauritania or Carpathia rooms, which are on the ground floor near the archives section. It's best to ask a staff member where the Linux User Group meeting is, as this can change at short notice. Entry is free and free WiFi is available (GoDigital). All are welcome. Note that there is no meeting in January when we generally organise a meal later in the month instead.
